List with The Middle
Let your condo
find the right tenant
We find committed tenants for condos along the BTS from Ari to On Nut, screen them by video before any viewing, and handle everything up to key handover.
- Nothing to pay upfront
- Pay when the tenant moves in
- No fee for tenants
Fees
One fee, only when it's rented
Based on the monthly rent and the lease length. The owner pays once the tenant has signed and moved in. If we don't find a tenant, you pay nothing.
| Lease length | Fee (× monthly rent) |
|---|---|
| 6 months – under 1 year | Half a month |
| 1 year | 1 month |
| 2 years | 1.5 months |
| 3 years or more | 2 months |
Example: THB 30,000/month on a 1-year lease → a one-time fee of THB 30,000
Rates and terms are always confirmed in writing in a broker appointment letter before we start.
